I am sure you are all familiar with the concept of the Magnetic polishes already, but basically you paint all nails with one coat of the polish and then one nail at a time, do a second coat and hold the magnet over it to create the effect. I found with the Nails Inc Magnet, the design starts to show on the nails almost instantly but I held it over each nail for a few seconds before moving on to the next one.
Here is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of Kensington Palace and no top coat (since I forgot to do it for the photos)
I will point out that the first time I wore this polish I noticed the design streaking a bit once top coat was applied but I think I put my top coat on too soon as the second time I wore this polish (this time) I added top coat after the pictures were taken and I did not notice the same streaking. So you may want to wait a bit before adding top coat with the Magnetic polishes.

ReplyDeleteCan I ask how true to the bottle the colour is? I've bought whitehall, knightsbridge and now kensington palace but Im worried it's looks a little yellow/grey. What do you think? x
ReplyDeleteIts a bit hard to say about being like the bottle colour as the magnetic effect changes this and I haven't worn this polish in a while. The grey you see in the bottle may just be the magnetic pigment settling. Hope that helps x
