Nails Inc The Metallics Collection

I managed to talk my stepdad into buying me this collection for making me sit through the full of the Olympics opening ceremony a couple of weeks back.  I say talked him into it, I just asked and he told me to buy, was a nice wee surprise actually.

I have worn these all alone since I got them and will show you them that way at some point I'm sure, but for now here is a mani using all three of the polishes.

First we have a base of 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of Wembley which is a gold textured chrome and 1 of the Shield.

And then I went with my old reliable mani when I want to use 2 colours to be together and look good, but doesn't require much effort.  This is 2 coats of Horse Guard's Parade,a bronze textured chrome, painted in a freehand across the nails and 1 of the Shield.

I then I put one coat of Greenwich Park which is a full coverage silver glitter over the tips and then another coats of the Shield to seal it all.

This collection can be purchased from the Nails Inc site for £25.

Thanks for looking <3 xx

  1. This is beautiful! I wanted to do a mixed metal manicure a while back and couldn't find the right colors. Great Job!

  4. Wow this is lovely! Super sparkly and fun. I also wanted to let you know I nominated you for a versatile blogger award. You have some of the most exquisite layerings I have ever seen so I always have to stop by and drool!

  5. I like the bronze on an angle over the gold...not ever been a big fan of just gold polish on it's own. I would probably not tip in silver unless it was for a holiday mani - but then my life-style and place where I live is super casual on the beach in a little surfing and fishing sea-side town - you kind of stand out in much of anything that smacks of fashion - skinny jeans OK - major flashy nails/makeup don't go too well. I can do something flashy on my toes and feel OK with lifestyle and area I live in.
