Dollish Polish Drop. Your. Sword.

I have for you today a beautiful polish I purchased on Etsy from the lovely Dolly of Dolish Polish.

Now first of all, I will start by saying Etsy is going to be my downfall, there are so many talented people on there selling custom franken polishes, Dollish Polish and Nerd Lacquer were the two that caught my eye the most.

I eventually settled on 6 Dollish Polishes (although I can see more of these and also Nerd Lacquer in my future) as I liked the idea of the mini bottles as I never use a full one anyway and also all Dollys polishes are based on films, and many of these are my favourites, one in particular was a tie breaker.....but more on that coming at a later date.

I got the polishes back in December, these arrived in about 2 weeks if I remember rightly, and this was of course with them coming from America during the festive season so I was very happy with this.  They came securely wrapped in bubble wrap and tied in a little organza bag (3 polishes per bag).

Now onto the first one I want to show you, called Drop. Your. Sword. and it is inspired by Buttercups wedding dress in the Princess Bride.  I loved this film as a kid, and still love it as an adult so this one was a must have in my first order.  Drop. Your. Sword. is a pale blue shimmer with 2 different sizes of gold hex glitter....... inconceivable (sorry had to say that at some point during this post!)

The larger Hex glitter was a little stubborn coming out of the bottle, but a bit more shaking before use might remedy this.  But otherwise application was smooth and easy.

Here is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of Drop. Your. Sword. and 1 of the Shield.

I love this polish!  I love the inspiration for it and I love the finished product.  Dolly, I will be back for more pretties from you in the future for sure!

This polish can be purchased from the Dolish Polish Etsy store here and the mini (5ml) I bought was about £2.50 (if I remember rightly after conversion)  I was stalking the store recently for my next purchase and noticed there are also now 15ml bottles of most colours available.

Thanks for looking <3 xx
