Hey all, I can only apologise for my unplanned absence but my internet was cut off and only came back in today, you don't need to hear me rant about that though, so onto the pretty.

I have another of the Enchanted Polish Falloween Collection for you today, Igor which is made up of green, purple, red, black and white glitter in a shimmery base!

Here is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of a-england King Arthur, 1 of Igor and 1 of the Shield.

This collection is limited edition and is sold out on Llarowe at the moment but keep an eye on her Facebook page for details of the next restock.

Thanks for looking <3

Illamasqua Prism over a-england King Arthur

Today I have for you a layering combo I loved, I got Prism in a quad from Illamasqua as part of my Christmas, I have yet to try it alone but will show you it at some point for sure, will probably do a post on the quad actually.

Prism is a sheer iridescent blue, and would be great for layering over many different polishes I can imagine, but I was already wearing a-england King Arthur (shown alone here) and decided to try Prism over this, and I am so glad I did.  The blue flash from Prism shows up so well, even in lower light (the last picture shows this) but as it is fairly sheer, the grey of King Arthur is still quite visible.

This is 1 coat of the Knight, 1 of King Arthur, 1 of Prism and 1 of the Shield.

The Complete a-england Mythicals Collection

Wow, 100 followers on GFC, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who looks at and takes an interest in my blog.  I know there are so many amazing ones out there so I appreciate each person that stops here.  My thanks are obviously for you all - GFC followers, Facebook likers, Twitter and Bloglovin followers, email subscribers and even just the passers by.

I have had this post planned for a while but wanted to wait until GFC got to 100 to publish it, as anyone who comes to visit Pandora's Nails will know, I love a-england polishes and have shown each of the Mythicals in at least one post already, but I thought for ease of reference it would be good to have them all in the one place..............I also really enjoyed trying them all on at the one time and creating all the different combos.

I will show you today all of the Mythicals alone first (2 coats), then with 1 coat of Morgan Le Fay and again with 1 coat of Merlin.  The Knight was used as a base coat on all polishes, but I decided not to use top coat of any of them to show you just how sparkly they are alone, so the bottle I am holding is the Shield so it wasn't completely left out.

Incase any of you are wondering, I chose the order of the swatches based on the order of the polishes on the a-england website, which is how they are stored in my case too.  I will also link to each polishes individual post using their name incase anyone wants to look further.

First we have King Arthur, Excalibur, Iseult, and Guinevere.

Then with Morgan Le Fay.

Then with Merlin.

With Morgan Le Fay.

With Merlin.

And then we have Camelot, Avalon, Perceval, Galahad and Holy Grail.

With Morgan Le Fay.

With Merlin.

Thank you all for looking once again <3 xxx

a-england King Arthur and Nails Inc Sloane Square

Today I have for you one of the few a-england polishes I have not shown by itself, and I decided as Camelot got a post all to itself, King Arthur also deserved one (and I gave me an excuse to wear it again)

I love grey polishes, I have a few different shades, but all I think are cremes so this shimmery grey was very, very welcome in my collection.  This one is also special in the fact that, in the right light, there a subtle blue/green and possibly pink micro shimmer to it.

I previously showed you this polish as part of a tape mani with Excalibur but here is the wonderful King Arthur without his sword to accompany him, and you can see he does very well holding his own ground.

This is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of King Arthur and 1 of the Shield.

Then I decided to add a coat of Nails Inc Sloane Square, this is one of Nails Incs '3D Glitters', I do love this glitter (I love most glitter to be honest), this one has a clear base with small dark grey glitter particles and also larger holographic particles.  It can be layered to wear alone but I prefer layering it over a colour, and I figured King Arthur would make a good match with this one.......and I was right, I am very happy with the resulting mani, and we even got a small bit of sun today to see the holo particles properly.

This is the above mani with 1 coat of Sloane Square and 1 coat of the Shield which gave this very gritty glitter an almost smooth finish, another coat of top coat would have made it completely smooth I would imagine but I was happy with the slightly textured finish from just the one coat.

And I have one more picture you for all today, I was trying to write this post last night and the laptop wasn't being very co-operative and I also had the cutest face telling me it was past my bedtime.  This is my baby girl, Pandora, the namesake for my blog, so I suppose it is only right she has her picture here somewhere.

Hope you liked this combo, and my kitty, and feel free to leave a comment :D xx

a-england Excalibur and King Arthur

I finally got Excalibur, and I am not sure why this was one of the ones I waited so long to get, I think it is due to the fact I already have quite a few silvers, but this is the best silver I have for sure, this is a foil finish and did not seem streaky to me going on, as I find can sometimes be a problem with foils.

First I will show you Excalibur by itself, this is 1 coat of a-england basecoat (The Knight) 2 coats of Excalibur and 1 coat of the Sheild.

I love this polish by itself but couldn't help but thinking how nice it would be to match up King Arthur with his sword......

Which led to a tape mani....

This is 1 coat of King Arthur over the above.

I love this combo and will maybe even try other tape mani designs with these two polishes.

Hope you like and please feel free to leave any comments xx
