Nubar Indigo Illusion

Here is the first of my Nubar Duochrome polishes, and I hope you like them because I have a few more to come.....

This one is described on the Nubar website as "an opaque indigo blue shimmer with a purple flash" On my nails is seemed to be mostly a green which shifted to a kind of greyed lilac.  It might have just been my eyes though.  The application of this polish was a bit on the thinner side still, but only required 2 coats for full coverage.

There are quite a few pictures of this one as I was trying to capture different levels of the colour change to show you, these were taken with 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of the polish and 1 of the Shield.

Thank you for looking and feel free to leave me a comment <3 xx

  4. LeeAnnStoner took my comment! Except this one doesn't seem to have micro-glitter. Love all the dimension to it!

  6. Yea, the micro-glitter does seem to be the difference. There's a Wet and Wild called Grey's Anatomy that is also a cheap dupe of the Katy Perry NLTM. It doesn't have the micro-glitter either. It's also very sheer and takes many coats.
