I have two very festively named polishes to show you today, which in my opinion would be especially ideal for the party season as they are so sparkly.
Firstly, here is Nails Inc Holly Place which is a dusky pink and silver glitter. The glitter particles in the polish are very fine and the coverage was great. I was able to get the polish completely opaque in 2 coats and there was no issues with application.
With Holly Place I used 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of the polish and 1 of the Shield. With just one coat of top coat the polish was still slightly gritty to touch, but only ever so slightly.
Now we have Noel Street which is the same fine glitter but this time is gold and silver, and again there was no issues with application.
Here is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of Noel Street and 2 of the Shield, which was enough for a completely smooth finish.
Thank you for looking and being so patient with waiting for my return. I still have some stash posts scheduled so will leave them to go live for you but I will also try and fit some of my other swatches in between as I have so many new pretties that I am dying to show you.
Both of these polishes can be bought from the Nails Inc site and cost £11 each.
These products were sent to me for review.
I don't need to tell you Rebecca that I love these! Are they ok to use as topcoats too or as they are opaque too much? Glad you are back and blogging again, so we get to look at your perfect nails. <3 xxx
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Esther, it is good to be back <3 I think these are too opaque for layering as I am not sure you would see much of the base colour, maybe a very thin coat might work. Next time I have them out I will experiment a bit for you xx
ReplyDeleteI love glitters that are opaque in two coats! I'm not that patient to do a lot of coats. Glad you are back!
ReplyDeleteThank you Mihaela <3 x
ReplyDeleteYay, glad your hand is ok!! I hope you're enjoying not having naked nails!! For some reason I'm not sure about these and I just can't put my finger on what it is... I'm looking forward to seeing what you've got coming up :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Marie, I sure am, got so many ideas and new polishes to try having not worn polish for almost a month. xx
