Nubar Jeans Collection - Faded (Polka Dot) Jeans

Today I have for you the first polish from the Nubar Jeans Collection, Faded Jeans.

I was originally just going to do a post with all 3 of the Jeans polishes but decided each one deserved its own and it gave me an excuse to use my Polka Dot polishes again......

I think Faded is my favourite of the Jeans, it is a gorgeous pale, icy looking blue which also has a subtle light blue shimmer running through it, I wish all 3 of the Jeans had this shimmer as it is what really makes Faded the standout of the collection.

First I will show you Faded alone.  This is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of the polish and no top coat.

Then I used the Polka Dot collection, also by Nubar, you can see these over black and white here but here I have layered them over Faded Jeans.

On the pointer we have 1 layer of Polka Dot White, on the middle we have 1 layer of Polka Dot Black and on the ring we have 1 layer of each, and then one coat of the Shield over all.

White did not show up very well on Faded, but I really liked it with the Black and there is something I absolutely love about wearing both together.

I will get the others from the Jeans Collection up shortly so you can decide about which you like best.  Thanks for looking <3

The Polka Dot Collection was sent to me for review, the Jeans Collection was purchased by me.

Hits Hefesto

Today I have for you another holographic polish, can you tell I am really loving these right now.

The one I have picked for today is Hits Hefesto which is a silver linear holo polish, which is designed as a top coat but also looks so pretty alone, so firstly I will show you it that way.

Here is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of Hefesto and 1 of the Shield.

Now, as Hefesto was designed as a top coat, I decided to layer it over a silver to see the effect, I chose a-england Excalibur and was so happy with the result.

This is 1 coat of the Knight, 1 coat of Excalibur, 1 coat of Hefesto and 1 coat of the Shield.

Would it be wrong to want to wear Hefesto over every polish from now on???  It is just so pretty <3

Again the polish can be bought from the wonderful Llarowe, so check her website out or even go on Facebook to see some lovely pictures of all the polishes Leah Ann has available.

The Hits polish was sent to me for review, all other items purchased by me.

Glitter Gal Lizard Belly with Ozotic 505 and Hits Hefesto

Today I have some more awesome polishes from Llarowe.  This is another layering with a Glitter Gal and an Ozotic.

This time I chose Lizard Belly, which I have previously shown you alone here so I will go straight to the pictures of it with Ozotic 505 over it.

505 is another of the Ozotic Multichromes and shifts from purple to blue to green.  I will try and get a post up soon showing you 505 and 504 just by themselves but for now here is 505 over Lizard Belly.

This is 1 coat of the Knight, 1 of Lizard Belly, 1 of 505 and 1 coat of the Shield.

I am seriously loving these layerings, although, I did notice as I was uploading pictures, none of these show the green shift, oh well, I guess I will just have to wear this again to try and capture it for you......

I then decided to use Hits Hefesto - which I have not shown you alone yet but this will be coming up soon - for a tape mani, I used some craft scissors to cut the tape in a wavy line and put 1 coat of Hits Hefesto in the middle of the nail using the tape as a guide.  I then added another coat of the Shield.

Thank you all for looking. <3

And before I go I need to give a big massive thank you to Leah Ann of Llarowe for picking me as one of her 11 Official Swatchers.  I know it was hard work for her to go through all the entries and narrow the choices down so I was shocked when I was one of the finalists never mind one of the winners!

I am so excited to be a part of this and it is such an honour to be chosen.  Leah Ann does sell some beauties on her website and I am beyond happy that I will be able to share these with you all.

The products in this post were sent to me for review.

Glitter Gal Blue 3D Holo and Ozotic 504

I have for you today two more amazing polishes from Llarowe, the first is Glitter Gal Holo Blue - light blue linear holo - and the other is Ozotic 504 - multichrome that shifts from royal purple to royal blue and also looked a burgundy colour too.

First I will show you the Glitter Gal Holo Blue alone, application was great and the holo finish was just stunning.

This is 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of the polish and no top coat.

I absolutely love this polish by itself, I love blues anyway but when you add a linear holo effect to it, stunning!!

But.... I decided to try one of the Ozotic multichromes over this, as the Ozotics are fairly sheer it seemed easier to layer to get the desired effect rather than do a lot of coats, I will probably try it alone at somepoint, and if I do, I will be sure to show you.

Here is 2 coats of 504 over the above mani. I felt two coats was enough to still let the holo come through, but also show the awesome colour shift.  I then used 1 coat of the Shield over this.

Apologies for all the pictures, but I think I managed to capture all the shifts.

Thanks for looking and please feel free to leave me a comment <3 xx
