Today I have for you Nails Inc AW Collection. The colour I especially wanted to try from this collection was the red but it turns out all the colours are going to be great from autumn.
Since Charing Cross, which is a pure red gloss, was the one that caught my eye the most, I will show you that first.
All pictures are 1 coat of the Knight, 2 of the polish and no top coat.
I love this red polish! I like red in general but this is so bright but not orangey at all.
Now we have Fenchurch Street, a this is a tan/brown polish that is very orangey at the same time, Nails Inc describe it as Russett.
This lovely colour but I always feel these neutral type colours are not very me, but I do really like this one on, I am sure for someone who likes this colour group, this is a must have.
Next we have Paddington which is a deep khaki grey.
I love grey polishes and this one was no exception. It is quite a dark grey, but never looks black.
Lastly we have St Pancras which is a deep reddy brown.
In the bottle it looks more red but once on the nails it looks more brown and slightly redder depending on what light you are in, great colour.
To summarise, I love this collection, from the previous pictures I had seen, I wasn't sold on all of these but am so glad I tried them and I am sure they will get a lot of use over the next few months.
These products were sent to me for review.
I'm another big fan of this collection. I wasn't going to buy it at first even though I loved the pictures on ALU because I thought it was just a standard red, grey and deep red and then one interesting colour (Fenchurch Street). But actually, I love red nail polish and grey and what i thought was deep red is sort of a chestnut colour (would you call it that? maybe it's not quite that colour) and unlike any other colour I have. It was Fenchurch Street that actually felt like the biggest let down. Don't get me wrong, I still really like it, but it was the reason I was buying the collection and then I got it and prefered the other colours, lol. Funny how things like that happen.
ReplyDeleteChestnut is a great way to describe that colour actually. It is funny how you can feel one way about a colour from pictures you see and then once you actually get it your opinion changes completely. xx
